Interview with an I.T. Professional
My interviewee is Shawn Patrick Ryan. He works as a Web designer/Webmaster for an IBM internal sales site: Extreme Leverage. He has worked for IBM since 1996. He received his graphic design certification in 1997 at the School of Communication Arts in Raleigh, NC. The primary things he does for the website deal with graphics, which he edits with various software tools, such as Web Editor PRO, Dreamweaver, Flash, and Photoshop. He is part of a Web Enablement team, and performs quality control and tests web site functionality.
